The service
Lavaboard aggregates data from the third-party tools you connect (analytics, CRM, time tracking, finance, email) and presents it in dashboards, reports, and AI-generated answers.
AI answers are generated from your synced data by the model you configure. They are decision support, not professional advice — verify important numbers against the source system before acting on them.
Your account & responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Only connect integrations you are authorized to access, using credentials issued to you or your organization.
Do not attempt to access other users’ workspaces, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it to violate any third-party terms.
Third-party services
Connected providers (PostHog, HubSpot, Google, Ruddr, Instantly, Meta, Intuit, Anthropic, and others) have their own terms; your use of those integrations is also governed by them.
If a provider revokes access or changes their API, the related dashboards may stop updating until reconnected.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the product. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
